Standard hourly rate: $125/hr
Including one-way travel, 1 hour minimum, 30 minute increments.
Remote hourly rate: $125/hr
30 minute increments.
Discounted rate: $100/hr
Including one-way travel, 1 hour minimum, 30 minute increments. Available to clients utilizing a minimum of 10 hours in any month.
Retainer: Level 1 $1000: 10 hours @ $100/hr
Including one-way travel, 30 minute increments for onsite support, 15 minute increments for remote support*. Retainer fees are month to month. Unused hours cannot be carried over to the next month. Clients using more than 10 hours per month will be billed at $100/hr for excess hours and service terms will remain the same.
Level 2 $1800: 20 hours @ $90/hr
Including one-way travel, 30 minute increments for onsite support, 15 minute increments for remote support*. Retainer is on a month to month basis. Unused hours cannot be carried over to the next month. Clients using more than 20 hours per month will be billed at $90/hr for excess hours and service terms will remain the same.
* Remote support is defined as support provided solely through telephone and/or Internet remote access. No travel required.
